1. Services and Product Sales
Elite Pro Services offers high-definition CCTV hardware, integrated security systems, and professional onsite installation.
Quotes: All formal quotes provided by Elite Pro Services are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
System Limits: Security systems are tools for monitoring and deterrence; they are not a substitute for insurance or emergency services.
2. Legal Use & Privacy Compliance
The buyer assumes all responsibility for the legal operation of surveillance equipment.
Notification: In many jurisdictions, you are required by law to post signage notifying visitors of CCTV recording.
Audio Recording: Laws regarding audio recording are often stricter than video. Elite Pro Services is not responsible for any legal disputes arising from the unauthorized recording of private conversations.
3. Installation & Technical Requirements
For all installations performed by Elite Pro Services:
Power & Internet: The client must provide a reliable power source and, for remote viewing capabilities, a high-speed internet connection.
Site Readiness: If our technicians arrive and the site is not ready (e.g., no power, construction delays), a re-scheduling fee may apply.
4. Data Storage & Security
Passwords: For your protection, Elite Pro Services recommends changing all default passwords immediately after installation. We do not keep a master database of client passwords.
Cloud Services: If you use a third-party cloud storage provider through our hardware, their specific terms and uptime guarantees apply.
5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Hardware: Covered by the specific manufacturer’s warranty.
